I love starbucks and I love music. I want to love a world where they can co-exist...can such a utopian society survive in these hard economic times? Let's ask this statue I took a picture of...CREEPY.
Matt found this statue in front of a church near the apt in NYC. Those are spikes sticking up all over it! I think it's to protect it from pigeons...but isn't that a little harsh? Raising Hell, the statue. So I'm in NYC sick as a dog but living off the energy and angst of a city that never sleeps. No sleep to Brooklyn!

Hi :-) Yeah, we have those crazy spikes all over here in Philly.. Especially at the bus terminal. Our pigeons love to poop on people, so I guess something had to be done lol.. Not that stylish though.. I hope you feel better :-( Whenever the bug gets me, I drink lots of tea with lemon, take dayquil and rest.. I know the rest is going to be kind of hard for you right now though. I love when you add pics to your blogs, keep em' coming please. See ya later, Claud..<3

Spikes are a little harsh! If they don't want pigeons on their statue, then maybe they shouldn't have put it outside! Problem solved!

lol!! Those churches are kinda crazy over there.... I think the spikes are so you don't sit there. They have that a lot of those on storefront windows. But I'm going to be in NYC soon, too! =] I hope u guys are having fun =]
